This section will enable you to find out how to get the best out of your computer by telling you what support is available in your area, what it costs, and how good others have found it.

Use of the workbook
The sections can be used sequentially to cover the ground thoroughly or selected according to the priorities of a small group.
Each exercise assumes some understanding of the use of the keyboard and the mouse but is valuable in developing typing and mouse skills. It also assumes the ability to use Google as a search engine, select from the results and complete online questions. However these skills can be taught from the first topic chosen.
An email address should be set up for use by the group where necessary for replies. For the group meeting at the Internet Café in Henley this is Henley@3as.biz. No items of a confidential nature should be sent to this address as it will be open to all members of the Henley group as a test area.
